The water temperature is 70 to 80 degrees with a clear turquoise color inside and deep blue outside. November warmer 80 to 90 degree days with cool nights. Winter months December - January 70 to 80 daytime and some nights can be cold, 40 to 50 degrees. March 80 to 90 degrees.

Side shore launch, wind from the North, 15-35 mph. Best conditions for the intermediate or expert sailor. Wide spaced & sometimes breaking swell as well as inside point breaks. The wind can blow many days in a row with 2 to 4 light wind days in between. The months of Dec-Jan-Feb, are usually the windiest, but Nov-Mar, can blow too.
